Berenice was friendly and helped us find the best cakes for my brothers birthday! She walked us through all our options and flavors. The cakes are beautiful and look so delicious, can’t wait to try!

Stopped by to get some cakes for a birthday party tomorrow and we had a great experience. Bernice was super sweet and gave us a thorough explanation of all the cakes. Looking forward to trying out the cakes we got, red velvet and 3 leches cajeta! She also gave us some slices of cakes that came “damaged” so we could try!

This is all that remains of my birthday cake. My gf surprised me with the 4 leches cake and it was so damn good! The cake was spongy and firm and didnt fall apart from the milk soak, we loved the dulce de leche on top and I liked that the frosting was almost a cross between a cream cheese frosting and whipped cream. It had overall just great flavor. Would recommend based on our experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Suspiros Cakes in Avondale. I had preordered and prepaid for my cake, yet when I went to pick it up, the staff questioned me multiple times about whether I had actually paid even though I presented my receipt. The whole pickup process took over 15 minutes and was frustrating from start to finish.

On top of that, the cake I received was completely squished. When I asked about the condition of the cake, the employee simply told me “this is the only one, take it or leave it” with no effort to make it right or offer a solution.

For a business that prides itself on presentation and customer service, this was unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone expecting professionalism or quality in what they paid for in advance.

The best cakes in the area made in Mexico and delivered to our community! You are paying for a delicious and high quality sweetness!

My family and I have our favorite “Tres Leches” cake but have also tried multiple flavors! The pictures uploaded are “ciruela” cake! (Plumb) cake. It was amazing!
