I stopped by this location and was immediately met with unprofessional behavior. The employee who assisted me looked me up and down with a noticeably judgmental expression, as if assessing how I was dressed. She didn’t bother to greet me or ask if I needed assistance—just stood there waiting for me to speak first. When I asked for a tres leches cake, she handed it to me with clear irritation, no courtesy or basic customer service. Unfortunately, the poor service was matched by the quality of the product. The cake was extremely watery, likely because it was a frozen cake. I did defrost the cake before cutting it. The texture was unpleasantly mushy. Overall, both the service and the product were disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting professionalism or quality. Or maybe if you’re dress nicer/fancy they will treat you better…

I am from out of state and I wish we had a bakery like this. Super clean and friendly staff. Marcela was very friendly and very knowledgeable about every cake. During my stayed I stopped in 3 different times and one of them I encountered a different lady that was very rude, I recommended to stop in when marcela is working she will not disappoint. The cakes are amazing super moist and full of flavor, just the right amount of sweetness in every bite. I will definitely be stopping in next time I am in phx hopefully marcela will still be there.

I have always been on the look out for a cake that is truly 3 leches, in this search my sister suggested this place, I decided to go in and pick one up, so I did the lady behind the counter was nice and greeted me as I entered. I wanted to try the 4 leches one but they were out and I ended up getting a 3 leches and when I got it in on my hands it felt wabbly kind of.like a gelatin one, that was a for sure indication that it truly was a 3 leches cake! Price wasn't extreme and I literally fell in love with the place. I drove a few minutes to my sister's home and was worried for the 3 leches was going to leak out, drove really careful and when my sister cut it, it was in fact full of 3 leches, unlike the other places that claim they are and when you cut them they are dry and only center has a bit of juice. I recommend Suspiros if you are looking for that perfect treat. I love the taste next cake will be a 4 leches

Delicious cake. So far we have tried 3 different flavor and they were really really good. The small size cake is perfect too! I would say prices are ok, very similar to other bakeries. The choco bombón cake is one of our favorites!
