This company is super disorganized. They don’t have the inventory they advertise and they don’t have change even though they supposedly sell out of stuff. They don’t care if they inconvenience you with making you go find change to do business with them. And then they tell you it’s not their problem that they don’t have change. No discount to make up for the inconvenience and no accountability on their end. They may be in high demand, but they can’t keep up and they are getting sloppy. It’s very apparent that they aren’t equipped for real business. This is the last time I buy from them.

Absolutely terrible called ordered a red velvet cheesecake payed thru the phone then when I go and pick it up they tell me that they don’t sell that cake anymore then why did they allow me to order and why was a charged for the order thru the phone so unprofessional and menu should then be updated on their website

I went in to pick up an order I had just made over the phone. I walk in I stated my name and the type of cake I was picking up. They immediately asked if the order was placed for another location and I told them the number I called, and they said it was for their other location that was across town during peak traffic hours. I went to the other location and they said the same thing. They called the Boca chica location and all of a sudden they have my cake. I then have to the drive again across town and once I get there they stated they misheard my name. Ok that’s fine but why not ask for the name again? There were so many options they could have taken before sending me across town, and all they offered was a cheap cake topper. I remained as calm as I could and walked out with the cake , but when mistakes like that happen more than cake topper should be offered.

Nataly was very friendly,
Once entering the cake shop, she greeted me. Very knowledgeable in your product. She explained all the cakes to me. Very nice young lady. We’ll definitely be coming back .
