Walked in, lady was on the phone. She hung up, I apologized for interrupting. I felt like a nuisance, lol. After being unfriendly, she has the audacity to turn the terminal around for a tip! For what, boxing my cake??? She couldn't even hand my receipt to me properly. Never coming to bother employees for a cake here again.

For the price I expected a better cake, The taste was good what is not what I was offered. She said it was a tres leches cake and it was just moist, not what a tres leches cake should be.
It was ok but not great. For 39.99
I would not recommend unfortunately.

I love Suspiros cakes. They are always nice and have great customer service. I've tried the bubulubu, mazapán, chocoflan. The vanilla tres leches and black forest cherry are my favorites. Everyone loves these cakes when I bring them for birthdays and events. Very moist and the frosting and filling is great.

I thought this bakery, made and baked the cakes. Until I saw a truck unloading the cakes from the back. They are premade and definitely not worth the price of them. It's basically like going to ranch market or Fry's , Safeway. Don't waste your money here

Carrot cake was super moist and filled with walnuts. However, knowing that they imported 3 times a week and are not baked nor decorated on-site just does not sit well. Theses items are also way overpriced to pay for their import taxes.
