Call before coming, lady was out for about an hour.
CLOSED between 11:50am to 12:35pm for lunch.

I stoped by to get a cake for a birthday celebration. A note was on the door, “will be back in 20-30 min” I returned 30 min later and the store was still closed, I nock the door a few time and nobody was there.

It’s sad to see the counter empty and the poor costumer service, our family likes Suspiros cakes. But unfortunately I end up getting a cake from Sam’s club, way cheaper and they always have a good selection.

There was no one inside until about 3 minutes after coming inside. There was no cakes inside the display as shown in pictures. All they had was several ice cream cakes in the freezer.

That was it.

They’re good cakes. The customer service is not that great though. Also, this is the second time I have to wait for someone to come in during “open”hours. I would call before coming just to make sure someone will be here.

We didn't purchase anything we just went inside to check it out
The woman running the store at the average price of one of her homemade cakes is like 40 bucks which that doesn't sound bad. The cakes looks really good and she has a good variety of them in there.

Best CAKE EVER!! I usually don’t do reviews on here but this one is well deserved! This bakery is delicious and I’ve definitely gone more than 5 times since the opening. Everything I’ve gone I’ve been greeted by a young lady, I got her name it’s Brianna. This girl is on top of EVERYTHING, I’m not sure if she’s a manager but if she isn’t she should be. I have not received even half the humility she has from her coworkers, she’s funny, sweet, knows her stuff and fast! I’ll definitely be calling to make sure she’s there from now on.
